Ginger is Full of Medicinal Properties
Introduction: Vitamin A and C are found in ginger. It produces alkali. Eating a little ginger with black salt every day before meals has many benefits such as it generates appetite; food is digested quickly, flatulence, worms and colic are cured; bile is stimulated, and heart gets strengthened. Consuming ginger is very beneficial for cough and throat diseases. It cures asthma, poor digestion and blood disorders. Its use is very beneficial in leprosy, anemia, dysuria, hematemesis, fever, burns etc.

Cough:
Mixing one tola ginger juice with one tola honey and consuming it twice a day works as a good medicine for asthma cough. Do not consume curd, sour things and lassi.
Loss of Appetite:
By adding a little salt with 6 mashas ginger finely chopped and consuming it once a day for eight days, your digestion will be fine and you will start feeling hungry. It also cures constipation. By consuming it, the gas in the stomach also gets cleared.
For Complete Digestion:
Take two tolas dry ginger, two tolas carom seeds and soak it in the sufficient amount of lemon juice and then dry it in the shade and grind it finely and mix some salt in it. Its consumption strengthens the stomach and removes stomach pain. It stops sour burps and helps in digesting the food.
In case of Vomiting:
Taking two spoons of ginger and onion juice stops vomiting.
For Cold and Blocked Throat:
One tola of ginger juice and one tola of honey should be heated and given twice a day to get relief.
Swelling of Gums:
If the gums swell, then take three masha dry ginger daily. Taking it once a day with water regularly for four days cures toothache and swollen gums.
