Mango Panna (Raw Mango Beverage)
Ingredients-
- Raw mango 1,
- green coriander leaves 1/2 cup,
- mint leaves 2 cups,
- green chilies 2-4,
- salt 1/2 tsp,
- black salt 1/2 tsp,
- roasted cumin powder 1 tsp,
- and water 3 cups.
Method – Peel the mango and cut it into pieces. Boil mango pieces and its seed in a cup of water. Now let the boiled mango cool down. Then squeeze the pulp well and remove the seed. Remove the thick stalks of coriander and wash it well and chop it roughly. Remove the stalks of mint and wash the leaves well and remove the stalk of green chili and wash it too.
Grind coriander leaves, mint leaves and green chilies finely in a grinder. Now add black salt, white salt, roasted cumin powder and grind for a few more seconds. Now add this mixture to the boiled mango pulp. Mix all the ingredients well. Now add about 2 cups of water to it. You can also mix this mixture in a blender, if you like. Mango Panna is now ready. Keep it in the fridge to cool.
This delicious cold panna provides coolness in the hot afternoon of summer and also protects from the heat. If you want, you can also add boondi on top while serving it.
