Milk Cake

Milk Cake Ingredients:

  • Milk- 2.5 liters,
  • Ghee- 1 teaspoon,
  • Sugar- 250 grams,
  • Cardamom powder- 1 teaspoon,
  • Lemon- 1

Method of Preparation:

  • To make milk cake, heat milk in a pan. First, cook the milk on high flame. After boiling, cook it on low flame and keep stirring it continuously so that it does not stick to the pan. When the milk reduces to 1/3, reduce the flame.
  • Now to make the milk grainy, add lemon juice to it and cook for half a minute, this will make the milk good. Now add sugar to it and cook on low flame. The milk has to be cooked till it reaches a good consistency. When the milk thickens, its color will turn brown and it will also start smelling good. Now the mixture is ready, add cardamom powder to it and stir it well.
  • To set the milk cake, take a pan, grease it with ghee and leave this mixture in the pan to set for 24 hours. To remove the milk cake, separate it from the sides.
