Jai Hind Business Conclave 2024: A Celebration of Entrepreneurship and Innovation
Recently, Jai Hind College’s most anticipated Jai Hind Business Conclave (JBC) was successfully held on the 5th and 7th of December. A representative of the event shared with our correspondent that their business conclave is renowned for its excellence. Now in its third year, this unique blend of business and culture is reaching new heights under the guidance of Principal Dr. Vijay Dabholkar and AICTE Curriculum Director Dr. Rakhi Sharma.

A Festival of Innovation and Talent
Over the two days of the conclave, participants from various colleges witnessed and engaged in the event. Students actively participated in numerous management competitions and speaker sessions.
The flagship program “Zero Rupee” was particularly popular. In this competition, students demonstrated their skills by transforming a mere 20 rupees investment into a substantial sum. During the program, students also had the exciting opportunity to meet and pitch to Boat Company’s founder and Shark Tank’s famous shark, Aman Gupta.

The event featured an array of engaging competitions like “JBC Ki Talash : The Ultimate Hunt”, “Mad Over Mayhem”, “Think It to Win It”, “Pitch Perfect”, and “Lies & Alibis”. These competitions tested students’ business acumen, creativity, time management, and decision-making skills.
Sessions with Renowned Speakers
The second day of the conclave was as inspiring and knowledge-enriching as the first. Distinguished speakers like Mrs. Mili Paul, Khushnuma Kapadia, Vishal Shah, Daryush Mehta, Karan Rana, Hitarth Dhedia, and Mehul Gupta shared their unique perspectives and business experiences.
These sessions not only discussed business viewpoints and innovation but also highlighted life values and leadership importance. Speakers emphasized strategies for overcoming life’s challenges, transforming failures into opportunities, and the necessity of discipline and patience for success.
During this two-day festival, various brands set up stalls that added vibrance to the event. Students and others flocked to these stalls to experience the products and services on offer.
