- Sugar – 1 teaspoon,
- Lemon juice – 1 teaspoon,

Method of Preparation
Filter the gram flour and take it out in a vessel. Add water little by little and stir with a spoon until it becomes thick. Add turmeric powder to the solution, mix it and keep the solution covered for 20 minutes. The vessel in which you want to make Dhokla, pour 2 small glasses of water (500 grams of water) and keep it on the gas flame to heat. Keep a stand in the same vessel, on top of which we will place a plate filled with gram flour.
Grease the plate with oil. Add lemon juice, salt, green chili paste, ginger paste to the gram flour solution and mix well. Now add Eno salt in this mixture and stir the mixture with a spoon. As soon as air bubbles appear in the mixture, immediately pour the mixture in a plate and keep the plate on a stand inside the vessel. Cover this vessel and cook Dhokla on medium gas flame for about 20 minutes. Turn the Dhokla out on a plate and cut it into desired shapes.
Add Tempering:
Once the oil is hot in a small pan, add mustard seeds. After cracking the mustard seeds add green chilies and fry lightly. Add half cup of water to this masala followed by salt and sugar. Pour this tempering all over the Dhokla with a spoon. Serve and eat hot, fresh gram flour Dhokla.
