Mawa Peda

Ingredients:
- Half kilo (500 grams) khoya or mawa,
- 500 grams boora (tagar),
- 10-12 small cardamoms,
- 3-4 teaspoons ghee or half cup milk.
Mawa Peda Method:
Put mawa in the pan and fry it. While frying mawa, keep stirring it with a ladle, so that mawa does not stick to the pan. When the mawa starts turning light brown, keep adding a little milk or ghee to it and keep frying until the color of the mawa turns brown. When the mawa turns brown, turn off the gas. Keep the mawa to cool.
Now grind boora and small cardamom seeds and mix well. Now put 100 grams of boora in a plate and make lemon sized balls of mawa and apply it well around the peda on the plate and leave it to dry in the air. Delicious mawa peda is ready.
