Gound Laddoos Ingredients:-
- 200 grams gound (Edible gum or acacia gum) ,
- 1 cup flour,
- 2 cups sugar,
- 1 cup ghee,
- 1 teaspoon melon seeds,
- 50 gram almonds,
- 10 small cardamoms
Gound Laddoos Method:-
First of all break the gound finely. Then put gram in the pan and fry it, let all the gum bloom. When they grow up, take them out of the pan. Then put ghee in the pan & make it hot. When the ghee is hot, put gound in it and fry it. When it puffs up after frying, take it out in a plate.
Fry all the gum in the same way and take it out. Sieve the flour and add it to the remaining ghee & fry it till it becomes golden. Cut the almonds into small pieces and peel and crush the cardamom. When the gum cools down, grind it a little more finely.
Make sugar syrup by adding sugar and a cup of water in a pan. Allow the syrup to boil. Put a drop of sugar syrup in the plate. Now check the sugar syrup that it is thick after cooking.
The cooked syrup will set immediately. Add roasted and ground gum, roasted flour, almonds and cardamom powder to the sugar syrup and mix well. Now let the mixture cool down a bit. On cooling of the mixture prepare small laddoos and keep them on a plate.
Keep the gum laddoos open for one or two hours. Your laddoos are ready. Store them in an airtight container. Whenever you want, eat and feed.
