The Blessings of the Revered Supreme Father Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj
Only You Will Be Asked
Premi Mukhtiar Singh Insan, son of Sachkhandwasi Shri Jaggar Singh, resident of village Dayon, district Bhatinda, describes the grace of the adorable Supreme Father Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj on him and his family in this way:
It was the year 1988. Until then, only my wife and I had been initiated into God’s Words in our family. At that time, we had only three daughters and no son. Because of this, other family members who had not yet been initiated into God’s Words used to taunt us, saying that we go to the Baba of Sirsa, yet the Baba of Sacha Sauda does not bless us with a son. Some neighbours and relatives also spoke in this manner. Hearing such remarks, we would feel very sad and deeply hurt.
One day, I took my wife to Dera Sacha Sauda Shah Mastana Ji Dham (Shah Mastana Shah Satnam Ji Dham and Humanity Welfare Centre, Dera Sacha Sauda), Sirsa. It was evening time. The Revered Param Pita Ji was sitting in the pandal between Sachkhand Hall and Teravas. At that time, only a few devotees were present in His holy presence, so we were able to sit very close to the stage.
When I bowed down before the Revered Param Pita Ji and sat while chanting the slogan “Dhan Dhan Satguru Tera Hi Asra”, the Revered Supreme Father asked, “Brother, where have you come from?” With folded hands, I replied, ‘Revered Father, I have come from village Dayon, district Bhatinda.’ The Revered Param Pita Ji again asked, “Brother, what work do you do?” I said, ‘Revered Father, I work in the Thermal Plant, Bhatinda.’
The Revered Param Pita Ji said, “You don’t give Us electricity.” I humbly replied, ‘ Revered Father, I am only an ordinary worker. It is not in my power to give electricity.’ The All-knowing Param Pita Ji then said, “Brother, two more plants will be set up at different places, and your name will be on all three thermal plants. You will be asked.” At that time, I could not understand the meaning of these holy words.
Soon after, as foretold by the Revered Param Pita Ji, two thermal plants were set up at Ropar and Lahra. With time, I progressed in service, and my responsibilities also increased. As the Revered Param Pita Ji had said, I was the one who was called for work in all three thermal plants—Bhatinda, Ropar and Lahra. Truly, I was the one who was asked, that is, my advice was sought.
Then once again, the Revered Supreme Father asked me, “Brother, what work have you come for?” Without revealing the real purpose, I prayed, “Pita Ji, I have come to have Your divine vision.” The Omniscient Spiritual Master smiled and asked, “Brother, if you have come, there must be some work. Why don’t you tell Us? Who else is with you?” I replied, “Revered Father, my wife-bibi is with me.” Hearing this, Param Pita Ji laughed heartily, and all the devotees also began to laugh. Then addressing volunteer Bhai Maha Singh Ji, the Revered Param Pita Ji said, “See, he calls his wife ‘Bibi’.” The whole congregation laughed even more at these words. Once again, the Revered Param Pita Ji said, “You have come for some special work. Why don’t you tell Us now?”
With folded hands, I prayed, ‘Revered Spiritual Master, I have come to Your shelter with the desire of having a son.’ The All-powerful Master smiled and said, “That’s it.” Then the Revered Param Pita Ji asked a GSM brother to bring two apples. Giving me one blessed apple, the Revered Param Pita Ji said, “Take it, brother, a boy.” Then the Revered Param Pita Ji gave the other blessed apple to my wife. Both of us were overjoyed to receive the blessed offering from His holy hands.
By the immense grace of the Revered Supreme Father, a son was born in our house the very next year. Fifteen days after his birth, I went to Dera Sacha Sauda. At that time, the Revered Param Pita Ji was seated in Teravas. I prayed, “Revered Father, by Your immense grace, a son has been born.” The Revered Param Pita Ji said, “Son, this boy has been born by the grace of Shah Mastana Ji.” Quite naturally, I said, “Revered Father, You have given him, and You are taking the name of Sai Mastana Ji Maharaj.” Hearing this, Param Pita Ji was very pleased.
The Revered Param Pita Ji gave me blessed barfi and instructed me to give it to the mother and son, saying, “This is for the mother and son.” Then the Revered Param Pita Ji asked, “What is his name?” I replied, “Revered Father, we call him Premi.” At this, the Revered Param Pita Ji named the child, saying, “Brother, the name of this child is ‘Manpreet’, and the other boy can be named ‘Sukhjeet’.” Surprised, I said, ‘Revered Father, there is only one boy, and You have given two names!’ Smiling, the Revered Param Pita Ji said, “Son, you have forgotten. Seeing your honesty and love, We had given you two sons.”
And indeed, as foretold, about one and a half years later, a second son was born in our family. Our entire family was extremely happy to receive the blessings of the Revered Param Pita Ji. We named him Sukhjeet, as stated by the Revered Supreme Father.
By His grace, even those who used to taunt me earlier later received the sacred God’s Words and are today dedicated volunteers in Dera Sacha Sauda. My only prayer at the holy feet of the Revered Present Spiritual Master, Saint Dr Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh Ji Insan (Dr MSG), the visible form of the Revered Param Pita Ji, is that the Revered Father may continue to shower His blessings upon our family and keep us ever engaged in the service of humanity.
