- Drinking mint sherbet or lemonade can help prevent summer diseases.
- Mint increases the body’s immunity and is also beneficial for skin-related diseases like dryness, eczema, acne, and itching.
- Taking one teaspoon of mint juice with a cup of water can help prevent diarrhoea.
- Mixing one teaspoon of mint juice, one teaspoon of lemon juice, black pepper powder, and a pinch of rock salt and drinking it can help stop vomiting.
- Grind 20 green mint leaves, 5 grams of cumin seeds, a little asafoetida, 10 black peppercorns, and a pinch of salt into a chutney. Then boil it in a glass of water. When the water is reduced to half a glass, strain it and drink it. This can relieve indigestion and many stomach disorders.
