Benefits of Hand Yoga Previously there used to be simple exercises, and then came yoga which has taken India to the International Platform.
Dhirender Brahamchari used to come on Doordarshan and show and teach the asans.
But these asans were a little bit difficult and could not reach the masses. A few decades gradually pranayam came into practice, though it is part of yoga and a very ancient therapy. Pranayam has been accepted by all. Young and adult, children and elders and even senior citizens. It is very easy and instant results can be seen.
Even doing work in the kitchen, housewives have adopted this. Now most of the population after getting fresh, devote sometime for Pranayam. Kapaal Bhaati, Anulom Vilom (package of 7 pranayams) are there. But Kapaal Bhaati and AnulomVilom has attracted the masses. Pranayam has proved to be a “Magic Stick”.
