Arrange for a helping hand to do the cooking, houseworkand other tasks so you can dedicateall your energy in recovering from child-birth and caring for the baby and yourselves.

Bond with your Partner

Find time for a few heart-to-heart conversations before the baby’s arrival, especially about how you’re going to distribute your time for baby care and other tasks.
