“Papa” is a sweet word that fills a child’s body and soul with joy. They know that with “Papa” around, all the joys of the world are theirs, everything is theirs. Life without “Papa” feels incomplete. “Papa” is as high as the sky, whose presence protects children, and he is as vast as the ocean, whose waves provide children with boundless energy. Father’s Day, celebrated every year on the third Sunday of June,
is dedicated to these great powers of “Papa.” In our Indian culture, “father” is a magnificent and vibrant word.
