Introduction: People often complain to their doctors about a lack of appetite. They always feel full and are unable to eat anything. They skip lunch and even skip breakfast before leaving home. They spend the entire day on liquids, and when they return home late at night, they eat whatever is available and go to sleep. Because staying hungry all day depletes their energy, they are unable even to go for a morning walk.
This slows down the digestive system and causes weight gain, even though they feel they are not eating anything. It is important for such people to eat light and easily digestible food, which also helps provide energy. Let’s learn about some easily digestible and energising foods.
