Fruit Custard

Ingredients:

  • Milk: 500 grams,
  • Custard powder: 2 teaspoons,
  • Sugar: 25 grams,
  • Apple,
  • Pomegranate,
  • Papaya,
  • Green grapes,
  • Black grapes.

Fruit Custard Method of Preparation:

Fruit CustardFirst of all, take 02 spoons of condensed milk powder in a bowl and put 100 grams of milk in it and make a smooth batter and keep it aside. Keep the remaining milk on the gas to heat and add sugar to it and mix.

When the milk comes to a boil, put the condensed milk mixture in it and mix it. Cook it while stirring for about 02 minutes. You will see that the milk has become fine. Now take it out in a bowl and leave it to cool for at least 10 minutes.

After cooling the milk, put all the fruits cut into small pieces in it. Then mix it well and keep it in the fridge for some time. Then take it out in another bowl and serve chilled foot custard.
