Rose Thandai

Ingredients:

  • Melon seeds,
  • Sugar 1/4 cup,
  • Rose syrup 02 tbsp,
  • Rose petals 02 tbsp,
  • Milk 01 liter,
  • Fennel seeds 1/2 tbsp,
  • Cashew nuts 02 tbsp,
  • Almonds 02 tbsp, Pistachios 02 tbsp,
  • 10-12 black peppercorns,
  • 10-12 cardamom seeds.

Rose Thandai Method of Preparation:

First of all, soak almonds, melon seeds, pistachio kernels, cardamom, black peppercorns, rose petals, cashews etc. in water and then grind all these things to make a paste. Now boil the milk in a pan and cook it well.

Add sugar to the cooked milk and stir for a while. Pour the paste into the milk. Now turn off the gas and let the milk cool down. Now add rose syrup to it and keep it in the fridge for 04 to 05 hours to cool down. Now fill a glass with cold water, put some rose petals in it and enjoy the cold thandai.
