Method of Making Kadha for Dengue Patients (herbal kadha)

herbal kadha Ingredients Required:
- 5–6 basil leaves,
- 5–6 papaya leaves (washed and chopped),
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder,
- 1 inch grated ginger,
- 1 teaspoon Giloy powder or fresh Giloy (1–2 inches),
- 1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper,
- 1 teaspoon honey (to taste),
- and 2–3 cups of water.

How to Consume:
Consume this Kadha once or twice a day. Avoid drinking it too hot or too cold; lukewarm Kadha is most beneficial.
