Kiwi Ice Cream
Table of Contents
Ingredients
- 3 kiwis
- 1 cup milk
- 5 tbsp powdered sugar
- 5 tbsp milk powder
- 2 tbsp honey
- 50 grams fresh cream
- Cherries (for decoration)
Method of Preparation
First, wash and peel the kiwis. Cut them into pieces and grind them into a smooth paste.
Take milk at room temperature and mix it well with the kiwi paste. Stir until the mixture becomes smooth and even.
Now add powdered sugar and milk powder to the mixture. Mix thoroughly so that no lumps remain. Add honey and stir again to blend all the ingredients properly. Pour the mixture into a container and place it in the freezer for about 6 hours or until it is partially set.
Once it is frozen, remove it from the freezer and beat it using a beater or blender. Add fresh cream and beat again until the mixture becomes soft, light, and creamy.
Transfer the mixture back into an airtight container and freeze again until it sets completely. This step helps prevent the formation of ice crystals.
Once fully set, scoop the ice cream into a serving bowl, garnish with cherries, and serve chilled.
