Experiences of the Devotees:

Immense Grace of Revered Param Pita Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj

Devotees! Your Love Has Brought Us Back

Devotee Diwan Chand S/o Shri Nihal Chand, resident of Village Khuiyan Malkana, Teh. Dabwali, district Sirsa, narrates a unique benevolence of Revered Param Pita Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj on the spiritual followers of village Khuiyan Malkana and Panniwala:-

It is before the year 1980. In those days, Revered Param Pita Ji used to approve only one spiritual congregation to a village. After the Majlis in Dera sacha Sauda Sirsa , I and Kaviraj Premi Inder Singh of village Panniwala Ruldu along with some devotees of our village prayed in the presence of the Revered Param Pita Ji to visit our village & bless the spiritual followers. The Revered Param Pita Ji stated, “Dear Son!  Do as We ask you, We will come back on Wednesday after conducting a spiritual congregation; At 12 o’clock come at the canal bridge on the GT road.” The spiritual followers were happy that their request was approved.

The Revered Param Pita Ji had earlier stopped at the canal bridge and graced the spiritual followers of the area with His vision and blessed them with happiness.  On the scheduled day, about forty spiritual followers (male & female) from village Panniwala reached the canal bridge at 12 noon with some sweets tea & refreshment items prepared from home for Bhajan Mandali and Sewa Samiti. At the same time some people from my village Khuiyan Malkana and nearby farms also came there.

The spiritual followers were looking at the jeeps and cars coming from Dabwali side seeking the vision of the Revered Param Pita Ji. But Revered Param Pita Shah Satnam Singh Ji Maharaj had gone towards Sirsa sometime before the spiritual followers reached the bridge. When the spiritual followers came to know about this, they got disappointed. The females preparing tea on an earthen stove, sat down silently.

A spiritual follower, who had come here at his relatives, started requesting the spiritual followers that the first thing, the Revered Param Pita Ji has not passed by here yet. Even if the Revered Param Pita Ji has gone, there is only one way to bring the Revered Param Pita Ji back- our true love, true yearning for His vision. Trust me, the Lord will listen to our request. All of you recite Gurumantra, the God’s Words with full concentration, Hey Lord! Accept our request and mark our attendance in Thy lotus feet.

The devotees had just spoken two hymns that instead of Dabwali, the car of the Revered Param Pita Ji came from Sirsa. On seeing the vehicle of the Revered Param Pita Ji, the spiritual followers were so happy that it cannot be estimated. The Revered Param Pita Ji Himself revealed while getting down from the car, “We had forgotten and asked to stop the car. The spiritual followers must be waiting.

We had scheduled time for them. Let Us go back and meet them. That’s why We have now come to you.” The Revered Param Pita Ji blessed the spiritual followers and the spiritual followers became very happy after having the vision of the Revered Param Pita Ji. The Revered Param Pita Ji sat on the decorated chair. As per order, Dalip Singh Ragi spoke a Qawwali. The volunteers of the Sewa Samiti took refreshment also. The Revered Param Pita Ji stated in the end, “Brother! Your love has brought Us back. By the way, We had gone too far.”

Saints and Mahatmas are forms of love. He can be appeased only by love. He is not happy with mere words. The Revered Param Pita Ji often used to say that God is love, love is God. There is no difference between love and God (The Supreme Master). There is no greater sin than breaking someone’s heart. Love is the healer of a broken heart. Connected a broken heart, means made someone happy, there is no greater virtue than this. If we cannot offer milk, then offer water with love. With words of love, cheer him up. The Revered Param Pita Ji often used to recite the line written by Bahu Ji:- ‘Pleasing a sad heart is equal to the worship of one hundred years’
