Soy Sauce-

It is a dark brown liquid made from the fermentation of soybeans. It also contains phytonutrients that protect against diseases.

Soya Milk-

It is also called soy-drink. To make it at home, it is soaked in water for 5-7 hours. Then water is added to the soaked soybean and soy milk is prepared using a machine. It is a good source of protein. People suffering from osteoporosis and those who exercise a lot are advised to take it.
